Established
some 80 plus years ago, R.Manners
& Sons Ltd. is to this day still a family run organization
that has emerged as one of the leading Catering Butchers in
the North East of England.
The
current production facility processes beef, lamb, pork and
poultry
along with catering and traditional hand made sausage,
manufacturing for a customer base of around 2000 outlets.
These outlets range from large local authorities, the N.H.S.
and private hospitals, industrial caterers to large and small
hotels, restaurants and bistros.
R.
Manners & Sons Ltd. work to the highest of standards and
have built up both supplier and customer relationships based
on knowledge and trust. We also take pride, not only in delivering
a product to the customer's expectations but predominantly
in providing a benchmark across all aspects of our operation
to surpass our customers expectations. Modern processing machinery
and traditional butchering
skills of the highest order are able to guarantee
products of premium quality.

Manners & Sons was first established when the grandfather
of the current directors, Ian and Geoffrey Manners, decided
that, with six children, it was easier to procure his own
livestock than to buy it.
